Customer service: We will ship your order within two business days. In the event the item is temporarily out-of-stock, or there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you via e-mail. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct when ordering, and that you provide both a daytime and evening phone number where you can be reached.

Return policy: If you wish to return an item, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping costs, if returned within two weeks. Please call 1-605-722-2313, or e-mail wamorris@rushmore.com, first to receive authorization. The merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt, and be in the same condition in which it arrived and in its original box. Purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same credit card used in the original purchase. Merchandise returned without a receipt will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling: All products are shipped via UPS using Ground. We will ship to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, US territories and possessions, and Canada.
